KIkal is running as a closed beta while the last rough edges come off. Leave your email and you hear from us once, the day registration opens.
One email when registration opens. Nothing else, and you can unsubscribe any time. We never use your address for advertising or any other kind of contact. If you never register, you never hear from us again.
What happens after you sign up
You get a confirmation email straight away. Click the link in it, and you are on the list. Without that click nothing is stored beyond the pending entry, which is how we make sure nobody puts someone else's address on the list.
What you will receive
Exactly one email, when registration opens. No newsletter, no product updates, no "we miss you" reminders. If you decide not to register, that is the last you hear from us.
What we store
Your email address, the language you signed up in, and when you confirmed. Nothing else, and it stays on our own servers in Germany (netcup, Nuremberg), inside the EU. The confirmation and launch emails are delivered via Brevo, which is the same provider the app uses for verification mail. Details are in the privacy policy.
Getting off the list
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can write to us at any time to have your address deleted.
Why a closed beta at all
KIkal runs its AI server-side, which costs real money per request. The beta keeps that predictable while the free tier limits are being tuned, and it keeps the feedback loop small enough to act on. See what has shipped so far.
